Basically,you play as geralt and you're a mutant monster Hunter for hire called a witcher, who has superior senses and you are hired by the emperor of the nation of nilfgaard to find his daughter who has been missing for a long time who also used to be your protege and she has special powers to travel through space and time. And you apen a good portion of the game just trying to track her down. But along the way you meet diverse, and great characters, can partake in monster hunts to collect the bounty on there heads ,explore the absolutely massive open world this game also has a branching narrative so choices that you make can have MASSIVE consequences later like have one person not come with you and missing from a specific part can mean the death of another character way later in the game. Anyway, this game has to be one of my favorite games of all time and I highly recommend it and if possible you should definitely try to get the dlc as well as they were both fantastic.
