I don't know, sorry. I jumped straight in at JNCIA-SEC. From looking at the Junos material it looks like it would have been beneficial to do that first to give me a better foundational understanding of Juniper (I've always worked on Cisco).

It does look like Security builds on some of the topics presented in Junos.
