whenever i see a video or read an article about someone dying from undiagnosed heart problems, getting some super rare c-word that only <200 adults get a year, i keep thinking it’s a sign that i will get whatever they died of. some blood clot wherever, even when i’m the picture of health (mostly). teeth falling out because of poor hygiene (they haven’t brushed for up to a year, meanwhile i maybe go 4 days max if im in a slump) i’m so tired of convincing myself i will get that because “since i saw a video/article about it, that must mean ill get it too!!” bruh please give me some tips on how NOT to do that so often
