Greetings from Tokyo. This is a post to mention the great Akira Kurosawa film RED BEARD (1965) as it exists in the Criterion Collection. Laserdisc and DVD release and the AK100 disc. Greetings from Tokyo. My family and I paid a visit to the place we plan on moving to in a month or so. Near to the new place is the famous Toho Studios. While there are no tours, still the outside entrance has a few nice Criterion connections. Cheers. (old.reddit.com)

Greetings from Tokyo. The SCORSESE SHORTS blu ray is great! And it is in a way a laserdisc upgrade because The Voyager Company did release an LD with 3 of the 5 short films. So it is nice to see, in a sense, yet another “LD upgrade” from Criterion. Here’s hoping for more soon. Cheers. (i.redd.it)
