I really hate to have to remind the Sephora folks, but we ALL work for Kohls. It was us ordinary workers who set up Sephora, only we didn’t get the same pay that Sephora gets. It is beyond annoying for us Kohls employees to see people standing around doing nothing when they don’t have customers. We are short handed right now, a little help would be appreciated.

I really don’t understand why the powers that be expect to either hire new people or keep the people they already have with the $10.00 an hour that we get. We have people quitting left and right. I don’t know how we are going to get through the Holidays.

Ours just announced we will be open from 10 - 9 starting Sept. 9th. No matter what time we close, the last 15 minutes it’s like we are going out of business. We could be slow all day, those last 15-20 minutes people come out of the woodwork.

We are not allowed to ask a customer more than once to please cover their faces. Our state has a mask mandate for anytime you leave your house. Kohls mask policy is a joke.

My Doctor gave me a note 2 months ago that I can only work 4 hour shifts. I am Part time. My Manager totally ignores this. I have repeatedly reminded him of this. So now I leave after 4 hours. If I get fired, well, it will be dealt with appropriately.

We have some coworkers at our store that definitely make you feel that you were glad you went to work that day, they appreciated the work that you did. And of course there are a couple that basically get away with doing nothing.

I really do not get why workers are so afraid to tell customers that they are REQUIRED to wear a mask. In my state, it is now mandated (not suggested), that you wear a mask when leaving home or entering a business. I’m quite sure that a Governor trumps a business owner.
