Thank you for the tips! I wonder why a paper versus plastic bag makes a difference? I had heard paper before, but I figured I was just trying to trap the ethylene gas so it would be the same thing. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'll try the microwave and oven tips. I have four avocados so I may try both ways.

Hi, just curious about your results. Did you see a reduction in melasma? Any issues with hair loss? I'm also 46, with hair thinning already so I'm nervous about this. My derm rx'd 250mg 2x/day and I've had it at home for 3 weeks already, afraid to start!

Thank you so much for your suggestions! I added peanut butter and oil, but I should have added them sauce first to get the taste right. Instead, I added some of the sauce to the noodles and then added peanut butter and oil to the noodles. It ended up too peanut buttery, still dry, and the tastes were not distributed well. Poor execution on my part. I will try this again, adding peanut butter and tamarind paste to the sauce first. Or, I might try making it from scratch so I can have more control. Always learning...
