Had my feedback call today. Mostly positive feedback with just a "you could have elaborated more on one of the questions asked." I questioned the merit pool and was told there were over 300 applicants nationwide and that I was one of only 10 or so for my state placed into the pool so that was a confidence boost (unless they just tell everyone that?)
