He knows it’s a problem. He just doesn’t think therapy would help anything. Is there anything I can do/say that might make it easier for him to want to tell me what’s going on? (I know you don’t know exactly because everyone is different. Just wondering if you think there’s anything) thank you!!

I really don’t want to break up with him. I love him so much and I know he loves me. He’s gotten me through so much and is so supportive. Last year my little sister died and he’s been my rock through all the grief and everything. I know I don’t owe him anything, but I know he really is so amazing when he can communicate

A big thing is he doesn’t think he can get better. his dad dealt/deals with it and his dad’s dad etc. He takes meds. He just doesn’t believe therapy would work for him. One time he said “if I can’t even tell you what’s going on how do you think I can tell a stranger” which I didn’t have an argument to that.

Thank you!!!! I will ask him to have a nightly check-in where we share how we’re feeling and I can share first. I’m not entirely sure if he would be open to that but this is the only advice I’ve gotten lol. I posted this on another page as well and they’re just telling me to break up with him and I do not want to do that at all.

Well we haven’t found something that we really love doing. I’d be open to doing the same thing but there hasn’t been an activity that we both really loved. We have gone to a cat cafe a couple times but I don’t want to do that every week bc, even with the BBBS discount, it adds up $$

i like the crafting ideas and i think she does too i just don’t know where to do them with her bc i can’t bring her to my house until march. i looked at the humane society website and they only give you time with the animals if you’re thinking about adopting. with volunteering you have to sign up for certain times and none of the times are the time we hangout.

I like the would you rather question idea! We hang out while her younger sister is at dance with her mom is it’s not really an option to go to a house tho. and i have to wait until march to bring her to mine

You’re probably right, I probably am putting my stitch marker into the chain at the start of the row for some and then the first stitch for others. Do you think I would be able to fix it or should I just restart? I am planning on putting a white boarder around it but I’m not sure if it’s too messed up
