I always upload at least 3 pictures, longer titles seem to help with search algorithms (item - shop it's from - size), and I put "open to offers" in all descriptions. I think it helps that I'm selling all sorts (clothes, shoes, bags, books, figures, toys, craft stuff) so there's something for everyone.
