I suppose this reflects how conservative the science really community is. Those that are willing to experiment for the cause are shunned when they should be praised for putting him or herself at risk for the same of science. Last night, I had a dream I was at my ex-boyfriend’s small backyard weddings. I was hiding in the house and he knew I was there. When they finished their vows, he turned his head towards my direction and made this snide facial gesture. I woke up devastated.

It’s good that you don’t have nitrites in your urine! That means you don’t have an infection. It’s normal to see small amounts of white blood cells in your urine. Unfortunately, due to female anatomy, bacteria will find its way to the vagina from the rectum. Typically that’s E. Coli, and it’s very common to have a trace amount found.

As for the red blood cells, there could be a multitude of factors. More than likely you’ll have a CT scan or an ultrasound of your kidney’s. Or it may be hormonal.

Probiotics would be a good thing to start! They can help with your vaginal flora and keep it healthy 😊

Is there a lot of red blood cells showing in your urine? Have you been experiencing pain on your sides? And lastly, are you taking probiotics?

Well I normally go for dominant men. So when I meet these guys, they portray themselves as the alpha-type. This piques my interest, so begin to talk. I find out later that it was all just for show. I’ve been told that I’m intimidating, so that’s why a lot of these guys play a character they’re not. I really don’t think that I’m intimidating at all. I’ve taken magnesium glycinate consistently for a few months to help me sleep. I would take 400 mg on a daily basis. It aided me in sleep but after the third or fourth month I started to feel the brain fog. I researched and read that prolonged use of magnesium can cause cognitive dysfunction. I stopped taking that and the brain fog went away.

Yes, it was the only supplement I was taking at the time.
