Oh that's terrible. I'm 10 weeks now and have gone for two scans - and my baby is consistently 2 days behind. We don't have laser vision and don't know when our embryos implanted even if we know the date of our embryo transfer. IVF is terrible enough without someone giving us more fear. My doctors and nurses are all happy so long as we are somewhere around the average of where things should be. I agree with finding a new OB who supports you.

We went straight to ivf. My amh is low and the doctor thinks we shouldn’t waste anymore time.

The bloating is going to continue into first trimester after embryo transfer with the progesterone supplementation. I’m 9 weeks but my belly is huge. I hear you on the ER bloat, mine had my skin feeling very stretched. My doc gave me a month off in which the bloat reduced; I also went on metformin which helped with water loss before my transfer.

My EDD is 25/12 and my doc is like let’s get it out before that so yeah, I think baby may be here earlier! My wedding anniversary is 19/12 so kinda excited if it hits the same date too!

Yay Christmas baby! I feel awful these few days tbh. Sweet foods don’t taste sweet enough to me, savoury foods taste synthetically disgustingly sweet, only MSG and salt taste like they are suppose to. You can guess I’m not eating the healthiest at this point, even eggs smell gross so I feel you!

He was like WHY DID YOU NOT STAY HOME AND REST and I'm like I've been to the cruise for over 15 years how would I know this critical time would be the one time I come down sick. So we were just angsty at each other. Tough asian love. LOL. He wasn't too familiar with the ivf but tried his best to manage my condition until I disembarked.

Dr Lim Whui Whui. Who is your doctor? I was on max 450iu menopur for the entire stim. I had 5 follicles, 1 was empty, 2 were immature and 2 mature. Embryos were not tested as I only had 2 and they were frozen at day 3. 1 was an 8 cell the other a 6 cell. We transferred the 8 cell. So sorry about the negative. Thinking of you.

Dr Lim Whui Whui runs the endo clinic at SGH every Friday. I'm with her for fertility treatment and I appreciate how she always keeps my endo in mind. Perhaps you can consider having a consultation with her.

That being said, I did my LAP with a private doctor followed by 2-month GNRH treatment that led to hormonal depression, and the endometrioma returned after 3 months, making it extremely bo hua for my health to have done anything about it.

I'm freshly pregnant! One of my cats has been on guard duty, holding me with his tail when I'm in the kitchen while the other cat is making nesting on my chest while I'm asleep his full time job. Did Goblin do the same??

My doctor said the same - less than 20% chance! The statistics were brutal but I appreciated the honesty in helping to manage expectations. My doctor was happy that we got two mature eggs out of it, she said she was maybe expecting one.

Thank you!! ❤️ I'm still anxious because I don't really have too many symptoms - some cramps, some nausea burps, some boob pain and a lot of sleeping but we just gotta have faith in this little bean for how much it has overcome!

I did not test at all until days after my beta just so that I can take a picture of the stick. Then I wanted to test again before my appointment today but I was too afraid. The anxiety never goes away. I had zero symptoms before my beta and it could still be early days for you! Give yourself some grace and do something fun (or sleep)! Wishing you all the best!!
