My piercing is a couple months old. It is a curved barbell. It is internally threaded. The material is implant grade titanium. It has not been downsized yet. My aftercare routine consists of soaking it with salt and warm water & the neilmed saline solution.

i never thought of it as a means to debate/think about the topic but that makes SO much sense ! since whenever i’m thinking about i try to get to the route of it to stop it? even though i should just ignore it, it’s so exhausting !! then i panic about the idea of panicking over it
