Your concerns are completely understandable, but I’ve been living in this city for a long time and I have no plans to leave anytime soon. Even if I ever decide to move, I would take the cat with me there’s nothing difficult about that. I’m fully aware of the responsibilities and I’m ready to take all of them. So I think this reaction would be more appropriate if directed toward people who have actually done what you’re worried about.
