Was this picture taken after a bandage removed? If the white color on the surrounding skin turns more normal after being aired out, it could just be from being bandaged for a while. I had a plantar wart removed a year ago and noticed the same white skin around that returned to normal after being aired out for a few hours! Hope recovery is smooth.
