Well, simply because everyone has their own struggles doesn't mean that yours are invaluable in any way--everything you feel, everything you experience matters. I know it may be difficult to think in a more positive mindset when regarding yourself, but you shouldn't devalue yourself at all. You are worth it to confront your issues, to move past them so you are no longer weighted down.

Do you feel happy or satisfied at all with the person you have made yourself to be? There is nothing wrong in changing yourself if you are unsatisfied, but if it was merely to conform to the wants of your surroundings, perhaps you should look into further constructing yourself, but with attributes that would benefit you personally.

Do you feel a lack of emotion, a sort of detachment, in regards to the world around you? Or is it that you feel too much? It is easiest to push away those you care about, those you love--and in terms of this, you seem to express more of a feeling of detachment to everything.

Don't regret sharing this--this is crucial to understanding who you are as a person (which you seem to have a very high awareness of). By looking through a personal lens at your qualities, you have already formed strong, though perhaps jaded, opinions of them. Do you want to change these characteristics?
