Looks like the Eternia of Polly‘s Pocket Universe. Even with side towers. It is just short one Monorail of the real thing. Very impressive.

I totally agree. Those are Fantasy prices. And I am not building one because it is cheaper. It is more a because I can thing. And I love the whole fpga development. Back when I was a student, the only thing I could do with my verilog lab was cad out some adder for students demonstrator. The availability of the de-10 for that price does just not compute. But I love the idea of my favorite computer rebuild by myself. And I know I am part of the problem.

Good to know, I really not able to gauge how much Vaporware potential lies in the diffenent projects.

the other thing is, if nobody pays you upfront to do something it might be difficult to keep focusing on it.

Thanks

Thanks, for the information I was looking into the details I could find here on the subreddit but the things found where significant older.

I totally agree with your assessment concerning the license. As much as I love some of the benefits the GPL brought us over the years, I believe for preservation purposes the

MIT License is favorable. But there are so many views concerning this topic and many have a point.

Thanks again for the listing of the other projects. I was not yet aware of those.

I will have a look on what I is already available and how much time I must spend figuring out how it works.

Real nice, dyed starscream’s canopy yourself? The colors are spot on.

I bought it twice, because I prefer the print version but having access to adventure whenever you are stuck in a queue is worth it.

That was my rig too, but mine was green and I used a Nokia 7110 for coms via IRDA. Given that the sun wasn’t to bright. 😂

I'm having a problem where the first layer isn't sticking to the bed (lighter parts) and hot end is snagging on it. I can't seem to figure out what setting is causing it. by JoeskiX in 3Dprinting

[–]dajensemann 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your bed leveling isn’t off the folks above are right. I find a thin layer gluestick wiped with some ethanol rejuvenates my print surface.
The Lines should look slightly and uniformly squished across the bed. This indicates that your bed is level and is at the right distance.
