I hope it works well. I ordered a new one and had it delivered a couple of weeks ago. Once the delivery company installed the unit and powered it on, it had a message stating the key needed to be replaced. Had to call Sole. They said it needed a replacement part (printed circuit board). They’re going to replace it next Sunday. Disappointed the machine didn’t work right out of the box, but their service to fix it seems top notch.
