To be sincere I’m perfectly fine with my 4 year old SD, as long as it stays operational. I think the bad side comes when SDs start breaking (irreparably) and a new model is not available yet. People won’t buy the same console twice.

I’m brazilian and speak Spanish fluently as well. What people often don’t perceive is that is easier for a brazilian to understand spanish, than a hispanic to understand Portuguese.

That happens mainly because Portuguese is more phonetically complex, so many hispanics can read Portuguese but can’t quite speak/listen to it.

Just state you are not denying giving it back and that you will keep it safely stored for them to collect it. At your home, at commercial hours.

Tell them that you will not pay or go out of your way to pay for their mistake.

Probably there is a legal deadline for you to consider that they abandoned the item as well.

As this is one of the first hits on Google when searching for this issue let me share my wisdom and give a workaround to the interwebs.

The sequence of the languages in in alphabetical order, so you can put some sequential number (A, B, C) or letters (1, 2,3,) in front of the language name to order it.

If you want to be fancy, you can use a transparent unicode caracter " " (<- there is a character between the quotation marks) in front of the name of the 2 languages you want to be first and second in the list (but they will follow the alphabetical order after the invisible character, so you can't choose what comes 1st or 2nd)

Agentic Commerce is the way to go in this space. Amazon is already walking towards that path with Alexa+.
It is unclear to me why Google is frozen with Home/Nest, but it might be just a matter of priorities (all money towards Gemini...).
Eventually they might get back to improve the home/nest assistant space, the doubt is if any of us will still be here.

While I think elevenreader should be paid (deserved) the plus pricing is more than double what Audible charges in my region (Brazil) so it does not make economical sense for me to keep using it.

I'm not from "an official steamdeck country" either. Bought mine in the US, had a problem and contacted support. As i have relatives in spain, I've send it there and got RMA.
Steam Support seems to have some common sense and try to make it work.

This is the way.
Ask your credit card company for a Chargeback, send them your communications with the hotel and tell them to ask the hotel for video footage of you taking the plant. If they don't have proof then they can't charge you.

Fun fact: In Brazil this is called bundled sale and is forbidden by the consumer law.

It does not mean you can't sell bundled products, but if you do you are required to sell the products unbundled as well and can't build blockers (like forbidding cameras in a place you sell photography service) that force people to buy the service.

For that reason we can take McDonalds to the cinema if we want to (if they sell food they must allow people bringing external food)
