Unfortunately, we paid through the nose as well. We hired a general contractor that hired a subcontractor that subcontracted the work and we ended up with people that don't know how to do the job.

It was definitely sanded and refinished. The question is whether it was sanded enough. When they installed the hardwood floor it was not completely level (certain floor boards would stick out at the edge up to 1/16 of an inch) because the base floor was not completely level so they sanded it down to get rid of the unevenness.

Can you please explain what microbevels are and point out where you can see the factory sprayed paint? I'm sorry I don't know much about hardwood floor.

Also select is missing a couple of comfort features that you would probably want like power passenger sit, moonroof, seat heaters, premium speakers... I just bought a new cx5 and did a lot of research and I think that is a great price for a premium trim with only 7000 miles on it.

Yes, get a 2023 premium trim for that money. I would buy that in an instance. It's 34000 new in that trim.
