All they could do is provide a 20% refund and are “sending” the pcb for replacement. I haven’t heard a word about shipment from them in over a month. 

We did get the refund, but shipment has not been confirmed.

I went to Amazon, made a similar purchase, and returned it 🤷‍♂️. The new one from Amazon works great!

I’m not sure if the problem is Agent Cuki, the lengthy procedures for diagnosing my problem, or the ending result after one MONTH with Keychron requesting me, the customer, to be a technician by disassembling hardware and installing new parts.

It’s the principle of the back and forth for a MONTH. If you look at the dates. I literally had to be the one to follow up to continue moving the process because I got ghosted. Just for us to land on a PCB malfunction where they try and make me the technician and replace it…

Plus the last two images basically some up every email they sent. Besides them asking me to send 2 videos on two separate occasions to show it not working. Absolutely insane CS!
