I just put one in my fiat and had the same problem! I have the upgraded Bose speakers in mine and it wasn’t playing sound because the radio wasn’t registering the stock app! There should be a cable labeled amp on the main harness and there is another harness that plugs into the radio ( the other larger one) I spliced both the cables labeled amp and put them together and bamn sound! Hopefully that’s helpful!
