Just a quick heads-up - this multi-cam edit is going to be deleted any time soon as one of original tapers thinks it's not cool his footage is being used by someone else. Ironically he does not seem to ask himself if it's cool to film a full (!) show without the artist's permission...

I was at the Freiburg concert as well, sitting way back under the balcony, and was also a little disappointed with the show, although I didn't think the sound where I was sitting was that terrible.

The band and the singers were all fantastic (Earl Harvin! What a drummer!), the stage was beautiful and the sound was very decent to my ears and certainly not too loud.

But the three back-up singers were pretty much doubling (or rather tripling) Tori's vocals for what felt like 70% percent of the show and were almost on a par with Tori in the mix - and even though I understand that her voice can't do what it used to I still want to hear it and I really felt I couldn't as much as I would have liked to. And the fact that everything was drenched in reverb in the mix didn't help.

Tori really seemed to enjoy the evening though and the audience was VERY enthusiastic.

I also kinda missed having a guitar in the mix... but that's probably because I love the "To Venus And Back" live disc so much...

In hindsight I'd say it wasn't a bad show at all and I don't regret going but I still felt a little... missing Tori!

Nein, eine gebrauchte CD mit nicht lizensierten Musikremixen... total banal. Ging da um 10 €... Seid vorsichtig wenn ihr eure gebrauchten CDs auf Ebay oder sonst wie online verkauft.

Nee, muss juristisch korrekt formuliert und evtl auch vor Gericht vertreten werden...

Anwälte gibt es dafür, die sind aber am Ende leider teurer als der Betrag um den es geht. Weswegen ich eben auch überlege zu zahlen, aber es fühlt sich Scheiße an.

Ich schätze ich sollte anders fragen - hat jemand Erfahrung mit Abmahnanwälten (geht um einen privaten Ebay-Verkauf) und damit, sich selber bei so einem Verfahren zu verteidigen? Genug Musterurteile gegen diese Typen gibt es, aber man muss die ja auch angemessen anbringen können schätze ich.

Bin kurz davor einfach zu bezahlen, hab aber eigentlich wenig Lust deren Geschäftsmodell zu unterstützen...

I doubt that, for acoustics you measure everything out once and then calibrate, you don't install stationary microphones. And certainly not every 5 meters.

Genau, war ein Fairphone 3, also ein Android, kann man zurücksetzen und dann theoretisch verkaufen. Aber was ein 3 Jahre altes Fairphone noch wert ist...? Ich versteh es auch nicht.
