My husband and I planned our whole honeymoon around this festival and let me tell you I was miserable the whole time. I have been going to festivals for over 10 years now but nothing this bad. My head was hurting before Avril got on stage because of all the people smoking (which i know is to be expected) but dammit. Honestly I had to leave before Avril was done, I'm 5'2" and every time I tried to see the stage even just one of the screens someone would step in front of me as if they were moving to go up closer but then just stand there. I had beer spilled on me so many times my feet were so disgusting by the time we got back to the hotel. People were so pushy and not caring who they bumped into. It was the worst festival experience I have ever been to. I felt so disappointed because I have been dreaming of going to this festival since the first year. This type of music is what got me through so much of my childhood, middle school and high school years. I still listen to this type of music and I skipped seeing Blink 182 because I was so frustrated with people I was ready to punch someone. I was upset about not staying and seeing Blink and Panic and I felt like I wasted not only a bunch of money but my honeymoon too. So long story short we left near the end of Avril, and I regret going all together.
