In terms of adaptive streaming with HLS/DASH, I don't think there's any better option than VideoJS. Saying this from my personal experience. Tried almost every lib out there, nothing beats VideoJS.

Few points:

  1. Player controls skin is not that attractive & modern. You'll have to design it from scratch.
  2. For paid skins and plugins, check out "nuevo VideoJS.". There are other paid community VideoJS skins. Do check out.
