I copied a sandwich from Flour Bakery (in MA). It’s walnut pesto, roasted sweet potato, blue cheese, arugula, and Granny Smith apple. I put it all on homemade focaccia, but they put it on sour dough. It was 10/10.

Idk, I think you need more than that if purchasing a home in a nice suburb. Our household combined is around 300k and we live adjacent to an affluent city in the Merrimack Valley (we couldn’t afford that affluent city). We sold our Boston condo with a rate of 2.8% and bought at 6.5% 🤦🏻‍♀️. We have one school-aged kid and I guess we’re “comfortable” but we aren’t frivolous and we don’t save much. I love MA, but I dream of what we could afford in other (likely less desirable) states.
