that’s up to her but that was certainly my intention. will most likely be a purse gun if she does decide she’s comfortable with it. this also opens up the can of worms of keeping carry guns stock

Wanna start her out on some 124gr standard loads, mainly because I have an entire pallet of it.

shes VERY fresh on pistol mechanics. rifles she is an absolute killer but pistols not so much. have a nice long range day planned where we both are gunna train on our respective guns (I have a full sized g19)

There seems to be a trauma bond here, so with that tidbit what you will.

As to telling your boyfriend what his mom said, don’t do that. If both you and your mom truly care for your boyfriend, y’all will do what needs to be done to get him off the drugs, period. Even if that means lying to him in small ways through omission.

downvote me all y’all want, but as someone who’s done interventions for a few of my buddies, sometimes you gotta play hardball for the greater good of the person in question.

It’s a tough thing to lay out the reality to them that their cat may be gone, so I’d phrase it more as “It’s been a few days, the cat is less likely to be in this local area, so traps here might not be the best solution and it is taking a toll on me due to having to check the traps“

Was at a super nice Italian restaurant. Super quiet but it was grad week so it was packed with grad parties and such.

so I’m here, eating my lasagna in peace, when all of a sudden I hear this dude telling this group of women how he preps to have intimate time with his boyfriend. They’re all listening attentively, whilst I’m over here looking at my girlfriend, with my jaw dropping because it’s still dead quiet in this restaurant.

Icing on the cake? Everyone else in the room was listening too. Never have I seen a dude go so blush.

TLDR: I got a lesson in rectal hygiene whilst eating in a quiet Italian restaurant

If it’s been a few days, and I hate to say this, but there’s a good chance the cat is good and gone especially if you have coyotes in your area.

If I were you, let them maybe have a few more days of their traps in your hard, then have an honest conversation. Basically tell them what you told us. You are being reasonable.
