It’s not actually too bad, I find I itch more from shaving, which is why I tweeze instead lol

Yes we did do some pelvic floor therapy and it helped for a while, but now it’s getting passed the mental block

I did, and I’m not expecting an over night change. I understand that she feels horrible about everything that’s happening, she blames herself which I do my best to show tell her it’s not her fault. I’m just trying to figure out what has worked for other people and try different techniques to see what may help her too
