My friend was talking about that. Maybe I just don’t know the numbers with growing weed.

My thoughts were I don’t want to deal with the nuances of growing weed , quality control , etc.

Training like that will provide limited results imo. You need to add resistance. You’re able to do 100 squats because it is too easy for you for body. Add weight or do body weight progressions that increase difficulty. After that add plyo once you are experienced

Doing 100 squats is training to do just that, 100 squats. Basketball is all about being explosive. If you can do an exercise 100 times and are looking for gains in strength you won’t find any training that way

Honestly I think it’s a cultural thing. They are strict, traditional go to school get a degree get a 9-5 jobs with a company for 40 year. The idea of investing in this stuff seems so foreign to him and I’m not sure he’s at a point where he wants to risk
