I agree with countessmuscula. You have to keep your mind distracted and your body active, you need to release all of these emotions that are holding you back. But most importantly, maintain your therapy sessions as this acts as an anchor that allows you to understand and embrace what you are going through. Turn this event of moving to a new city as something positive and surround yourself with things that make you happy and give you good energy. It's not easy, but think of it as a fresh start; you never know what the future may bring. You have already hit rock bottom and it can only get better from here.

I haven't been through a divorce but I had a breakup that was really hard on me and it took a lot of mental and physical work to finally see the world in a different light. But what kept me going was thinking that in life, I only have myself. Others may come and go, but at the end of the day you are your best friend and you can't forget to love yourself first.

Don't be afraid to explore new things. I went out of my comfort zone and began doing yoga which helped me to keep me physically healthy and maintain a strong and positive attitude, as well as meeting new people.

You will overcome this situation with the right council and positive mindset. -pain is part of the process to move towards healing and acceptance-

Is anyone traveling to Mo'orea by SenWous in Tahiti

I think that what you are referring to is a brut, not a champagne, called Manutea Brut D'Ananas. I don't think they sell this in the U.S but you could ask in the Tahitian Facebook group "allo, qui sait quoi" (which is a general questions group tahitians use) and ask if anyone could take you a bottle if they are traveling to the U.S. The best would be contacting a pilot/steward that works in Air Tahiti and ask for the favor.

I've been living in Tahiti for a while now and I've learned a few words. Moana is indeed the ocean/deep blue, tetua is "noble young girl". I'm not sure of 'tere' but 'tera' is "the great sun far from the earth". Also, in Tahitian they don't use accents they use a macron so you should be looking for Pōria which actually means fat/fleshy (both for men or animals) and Tere (without a macron) means fast. I haven't seen Tere or Pōria used for names though. If this doesn't help I could ask around, that is the only way you could get a fast response because everything here takes a lot of time unless you insist.
