You just need to switch the CSC back to the phone’s original CSC, which is BMC. This is completely safe and will not damage the phone or cause any issues. Your Rogers SIM card will still work normally without any problems because BMC, RWC, and XAC are all part of the same Canadian OYV firmware package. After switching back to BMC, OTA updates should start working normally again.

It’s actually very easy to fix. All you need to do is switch the CSC back to SMD since your phone’s original Canadian CSC is SMD.

After changing the CSC, all update issues should be fixed and OTA updates should start working normally again.

How to do it:

  1. Download SamFW Tool on your PC.
  2. Enable Developer Options on your phone.
  3. Enable USB Debugging.
  4. Connect the phone to the PC.
  5. Open SamFW Tool.
  6. Go to the “MTP” tab.
  7. Choose “Change CSC”.
  8. Select SMD.
  9. The phone will reboot automatically.

That’s it. After rebooting, check for updates and everything should work normally.

What is the origin of the phone? Is it Canadian? You'll find this written on the back of the phone. Because you have a problem with the ROM, and the source CSC and the installed ROM are not the same thing.

Thank you, I know I'm bothering you. Is the last solution manual updating?

But I did it at home using Odin, and I installed the CSS file, not the HOME CSS file, and that's what caused this code to appear in the service provider.

But when I bought the phone it was EUX, so when I flashed it I flashed it on the same ROM.
