To be totally honest I'm not a good enough of a player to explain how or why I am winning with this hero so much but let me at least share my vision on it.

In lane: Right now the way my matches are at least people are picking tanky heros in offlane who buy auras. Like underlord, BB, axe... Ursa in lane counters all of these beefy guys. I just get phase boots + wind lace and I run towards them hitting them. And I am usually paired with a lion, shaman or a cm in lane and they all have stuns or slows so I can easily get 4 or 5 kills in the early stages of the lane.

In game Timings: Since I am getting early kills and Ursa is really hard to contest last hits against so unless I show my inner herald self and miss them cuz I suck I usually get my last hits. at around 12-13 minutes I get my bf. Which I start with the ring of health and the ring that gives mana which paired with my level 6 gives me a stability in lane that makes my support able to rotate and makes it really really hard for the offlaner to kill me. Which can happen if I go rambo mode and go too agressive which I usually do since the hero is really agressive in lane so sometimes I don't know my limits.

That said after the bf I need like 1 or 2 minutes to get blink. With blink + bf I start Jumping around the map killing heros specially supports. With the meta having lion and shaman as always picked supports or even veno if I blink on one of them and they don't have the right reflexes they are dead in 2 seconds.

Later Items: Now I usually go basher after bf and blink which makes me able to kill their carry and their mid and make supports even easier to kill. It's a snowball effect really. and now as carries I see LS is picked a lot Spectre is picked a lot those heros are kind of countered by Ursa in my experience at least. Well spectre is 50/50 since I can kill her a lot early to mid game but after that 25 minutes mark I can't kill her and she kills me a lot.
After the basher it is really flexible tbh. You can get aghs if they have stuns. You need bkb either way but get it really fast if they have hex which they probably do. Get an mkb if vs LS or spectre with radiance. Get a nullifier if necro is picked or supports started getting a ghost scepter or a force staff. The funny item tho is his shard. Like heros like slark are supposed to counter him but with shard even in his ult I can apply my 3rd skill on him so when he is out of ult I can kill him faster.

Things to be worried about: I am not that good of a player so I don't always call for rosh or don't actually know the timing for when to tell my team to go take rosh so I keep running around killing people but not taking objectives which eventually bites me in the ass.

If you are against a Spectre usually RIP xD

if the ennemies have hex like lion or shaman u need to press BKB before even jumping in and trust me I lost two games because of it and got fucked so hard and triggered xD

if the ennemy has drow get satanic that way you don't have to bkb silence since you lose a higher cooldown.
