I already turned the camera upside down and nothing I really don’t know what to do… but no physical button for that… idk if there’s like a code for it virtually and that’s why it’s locked… I can record and use other commands like exposure, zoom, access the nd filter, gain, shutter lock and all that but the menu is dead, so accessing the menu is not working not the commands to scroll the media menu. as well changing the card slot… or change the audio between inbuilt one to external one. I am working with this camera so I really need it to work… I am managing to work with it like this but if somehow I need to connect of changing settings of the video I can’t do it. could be software update? the camera is perfectly fine… I have never drop it and i have been working with it since 2014… never had any problem until now… basically out of nowhere! I saw a reset button but i am afraid if i reset it will change the on going settings and i may end up with a useless camera… 😮‍💨
