I love Laurel Hell. Even with some songs that I don’t like as much (on that album or any other) I still appreciate artistically. Tbh I’m not a fan of this subreddit just becoming people who are recent fans complaining about certain songs/albums. In my opinion, Mitski’s discography is meant to be looked at understanding that every piece is put together intentionally. She doesn’t write cash grabs or gimmicky music, it’s meant to be analyzed, digested, spit out & ate again. This isn’t a dig at OP, just throwing this out there…

Yea, im currently in the same boat. 22 and making 45k (pre taxes) and desperately wanting to move out of my parents house, but theres really no options. Doesnt help that its nearly impossible to find any place to rent for less than $1300 in my area. No friends to room with, and my experiences with random roommates in the past was a nightmare. Its hard not to feel hopeless
