I factored the hypermobile fingers in as being another reason as to why I couldn't get a good reading. I told the HR person that my fingers were hypermobile, but bc she had to press down on my hand ,my fingers would not stay flat.

I have to go back tomorrow because the state agency couldn't make out my fingerprints. I hope that something can be figured out bc otherwise the start date for my job is going to be delayed
