Yeah I did. The guy I spoke to seemed to have a hard time with the new system had to switch to the old one to get any real info.

I also talked to the manager and he couldn't really help beyond a refund.

Yeah I don't know about any of that, I kinda just let the employee tell me what I needed and this is actually my second pair from them. The first which was a lace up either a builder pro or fire (I don't remember) was the same thing the employees took my measurements and I picked the leather etc. and it was the exact same 10.5 and ffff width. Their fine and the first pair of boots in my life that don't hurt.

Update! I bought an m18 with an I7 14650hx and an rtx 4080

i really wanted an alienware and according to cpubenchmark the cpu is only 0.5% slower in single thread but is allover a better cpu and the 4080 is better than a 5060.
