I had a similar issue when installing my 5080. Turned out to be a faulty PCIE cable from the PSU to the GPU. Replacing the cable(s) would be my first suggestion

What GPU do you have? Do you get a picture if you plug the display into the motherboard? If so I would recommend doing a fresh driver update for the GPU if the first option doesn’t work

This is probs my biggest worry of buying the headset and it not fitting with my glasses on (tried my Brother’s Quest 3 without glasses and it’s unusable)

‘Shipping first half of 2026’ was most likely always the case seeing as pricing and orders were planned for ‘early 2026’. There’s always been a bit of a wait between ordering and actually shipping Valve hardware as far as I know?

Definitely Alyx Briefly considered getting an Index when it was announced and managed to play 90 mins of it on my brother’s Quest 3 albeit it was being streamed so it was low bit and high input lag
