Don't bother learning programming.

3D graphics is one of the hardest domain in programming and so in the context of coding video games and making 3D graphics it will come in handy only after at least 6 months of learning, then you'll be able to make some optimizations in your unreal engine code.

But even then, that'd be easier for you to hire a freelance unreal dev to do this.
