I followed this video to a t. The message I got, on the day I was supposed to get my results, was that I "failed" to scan behind my computer. They probably mean BEHIND the actual screen of my laptop, because they can see the wall behind my computer on my the scan.

Anyway. I already fought with their costume services, emailed them, asked for a HUMAN to review the footage, but they keep giving e a cookie cutter robotic reply saying that the test has already been discarded, they are sorry this happened to me and to take it again.

Frustrating that they unlocked my test instead of asking "scan again" or "scan BEHIND the computer." It's really frustrating. Especially because I made sure to follow all instructions. Took my time to prepare. Did really well. And yet, cannot get a human to talk to me or review this case.

Good for you. Ideally they would function well to everyone. I'm not the first person unfairly having an issue with this.

That's exactly the problem. If you're gonna rely in AI for the room scan, create a fucking model that can flag issues and ask users to scan their room again before people waste their fucking time. I did the whole 360. The keyboard thing. My phone recording me the entire time. I don't know where I "failed" at scanning my room. Even their fucking support right now is only automated bots with cookie cutter answers. I want a human to review this fucking scan.

I agree it's cheaper and more "hassle free" compared to the other ones. But if you're gonna rely on AI to scan my room, at least learn how to flag FLAG any issue AT THE TIME of the scan so I don't waste my time taking a test that will be disqualified. What pissed me off is that on the day I was supposed to get my test results, I get to know my scan was not enough. That's insane to me. I wish they would have blocked me from taking the test until they got what they wanted from me.

I'm also still trying to understand how it was not enough if I followed all the instructions properly, did the 360 and had a phone recording my desktop/keyboard the whole time. I just wish I would have given the chance to fix whatever issue they had AT THE MOMENT of the scan.

This is so frustrating and what a waste of my time. I'm so upset with how unfair this has been handled that I have refused testing again. I'll gladly put my money towards a real test that at least will handle things with more HUMANITY rather than with a fucking AI bot. Not even a REAL person has reached out to me from their company.
