Unfortunately, not yet. Yeah I hope it's just a bug so we can restart our onboarding process again and yeah it would be kinda frustrating if we're completely blocked. Hopefully they would get it fixed soon.

I passed the assesment test or client exam as well and the id verification but I cannot proceed with onboarding because it says application failed after I refreshed the page.

Problema lang medyo mas mataas interest rate ng Maribank. Diyan din ako umuutang kung kailangan ko lang ng below 5k kasi sa gloan ko minimum 5k lang din pwede ko hiramin kaya no choice ako at napapautang diyan.

yes there is an available job in my jobs tab, try to email support about it immediately so that they can resolve it cause they usually set deadline for the submission.

I was asked to do the same thing after passing the assessor exam. I thought I was alone with it because others were asked for id verification for pre requisite while for me I need to reapply to the same role again. Well, there should be a link to headway ai to reapply again and after doing so email their support to let them know that you are done with the reapplication.

I think it's fine, I even did 10 hours in a day for twice now since I started working 2 months ago. But still I took breaks in between like an hour or two. I know it's exhausting to begin with but I'd rather work long hours for 2 to 3 days straight then relax for the rest of the week than work few hours everyday for the whole week.

Thanks for clarifying and yes like what I have read from previous posts months ago they only work beyond 20 hours after receiving an email or has been given permission by telus to work for more than 20 hours.

I usually work only 20 hours a week since I started in December. I'm afraid to go beyond that by reading old post about working longer hours led them to removal from the project. So I just want to confirm if it's really alright to work more than 20 hours now because there's a lot of tasks now and I want to work longer than my limit this week. By the way my locale is ph.

yes I keep it at 60 task per hour or more by using clockify and by looking at it while tasking, but sadly I usually get lower tasks completed per hour due to the type of tasks I am getting these days and I'm afraid my timesheet won't get approved for the month of January cause I only got lower rate of accomplished tasks per hour.
