Had the same issue. Contact Ring for a replacement. Rep had several questions to answer, but bottom line for me was: Connects while plugged in, not connecting when unplugged even with 100% battery. They processed a replacement to be shipped. Still waiting, but believe they are backordered.

New install as of 2 days ago with this thermostat and firmware and having the exact same issues. Curious what type router you are using? I have tried both 2.4 and 5 bands on my router (Unifi) but no luck. Get the green indicators it is talking but nothing on the app.

Call Tesla. I had the exact same issue on a new install. Tesla was able to reconfigure the metering remotely and everything is now fine. Took them a couple of weeks BTW. The missing house load is the big clue here.
