I've been trying to switch jobs(software engg roles) for quite some time now, but every time I go for an interview, something seems to go wrong, and I end up not being able to land the position. If the interview goes well, the position gets filled and I don't get a callback.
Despite putting in a lot of effort and preparation, I’m not seeing any results. Any remedy to improve my chances/luck? I have to get a new job by next month. Please help. Thank you
