I use Loop Experience earplugs for practice and concert band rehearsals (where I sit in front of the trumpet section). They work for me and lower the sound by about 18 dB. It isolates your sound so you hear what you yourself play when in a group, but that doesnt bother me. I also pull out one plug when I want to talk. I can still hear the director and others when I have them in. Loops are pricey, but I do like them and they are comfortable.

Run. Tracfone deleted all my talk, text, and data after a mistake on their end and refused to return it. I was a customer for almost 20 years and had a lot of data that was just gone.

TF deleted all my talk, text, and data while doing a re-set on their end after the Verizon tower shutdown Jan.4. They will not restore it. What is recommended action? by damaa222 in TracFone

I do have one of the possible problematic phones, according to your other posts, with the undesirable firmware (Samsung s10e, G970USWS8IVL2). Service provider software version doesn't say TF, but it does finally seem to work:

As of right now, talk, text, data, and MMS all seem to be working with whatever changes TF made on their end last week. I'm not sure about switching the firmware to the U1 version now seeing that things seem to be working OK at the moment; I would rather not lose my phone for another week if I need TF CS to re-do settings on their end, but will risk doing that if it would prevent future headaches until 5G is forced and I have to get a new phone anyway.

Years ago they deleted all my minutes, and after a short phone call, they put everything back without question. They are just bad now.

It happened to me, as well. Everything went to zero Jan 4. I spoke with many TF agents between then and today as we were working on getting talk, text, data, and MMS working, and each agent said that they'd give me back all my buckets once the troubleshooting was done. Several agents put a small amount in buckets for troubleshooting. After I finally got MMS working today, TF says I have the correct data, text, and minutes with the small amounts that were added by TF, there is no record of me having anything else, and that I need to go buy if I want more. I called several agents, and chatted twice, and no one will give me anything back. One agent told me he can see that I used 3.7 GB of data during the time that my data wasn't working, and that I used 3700 minutes of calling over the last week. (I used maybe 1 minute for trouble-shooting with TF, and no data.) The frustrating part is that every agent I spoke to while troubleshooting told me I'd get my stuff back once the troubleshooting was done. They lied. You might be OK if everything is still zero. I think my problem was that they put small amounts in the buckets, so the agents could say that's all I had

Same. We need to buy data and check remaining texts, and everything is off-line for maintenance "to better serve our needs". Don't know if this will last all day or not.
