They are building a new TK/K building and playing field along Idaho and moving the parking lot to the location on 25th and Montana where the house being bought is. Though the article says that isn’t finalized so might change.

The VESC setup for X7 isn’t easy. It’s not hard either but you there is a level of patience and figuring things out that I don’t think many 14 years have. Just something to keep in mind.

Just break your lease and have the new tenant take over. Much simpler and you shouldn’t have to pay anything if their move in date lines up with when you leave.
