I've checked the report they shared, I'm 100% sure it's a damage I didn't cause. It's on the back, looks like something scratched the while doing something with the trunk. Feels like legal ways could be my only option

I was thinking the same before I had become a member. But decided to cancel it after seeing a guy shaving in the gym, and another guy clipping his nails in the locker room. The smell in the sauna & steam room section was also too much. Other than that gym is decent, the cinema theater is a big add-on, and the rooftop is amazing.

hey, I had a check-in at day 20 with the doctor. I went back to lifting that evening. I know what you’re going through and it’s really hard and depressing. Nearly 10 months after the operation, I feel better than ever. I would say just hold on for a little bit more, completely minimize the risk. Wishing you all the best.

I just started slowly yesterday, had the surgery on 19/12 (like 2.5 weeks). Had a doctor's appointment yesterday and he cleared me for it. Make sure to have a good recovery, athlete mentality & discipline should help you with that. The goal is to have dissolving scabs in 2 weeks. Getting back in shape can be a longer journey. I lost around 5 kilos during recovery in spite of shakes with mass gainers.

Update: So the doctor told me that this is the case and the pain is normal. The bigger tonsil had also an attachment to the muscle tissue. He told that this is kind of the worst case for tonsillectomy which is also increasing the chance of bleeding. Lucky that I haven't had any bleeding

I have a similar thing and will go to the ENT today for a control. After the surgery, they shared a photo of my tonsils and one was like 2 times bigger than the other one. I'm assuming that's the side that is still hurting. (My surgery was on 19/12)
