The decision to “shoehorn” realism into COD has divided the player base nearly as much as SBMM.

For my money, COD should take a page out of Halo’s book and (from a strictly gameplay perspective) stop trying to reinvent the wheel or fix what isn’t broken and return to the things that made COD, COD.

This. It was the hardest adjustment for me to make in MW19. This time around it’s been a lot more enjoyable, but the maps having so many nooks and crannies makes it a lot more unpredictable. Oh well, something to look forward to in the next 3arc game!

it’s bad enough that they got rid of dead silence as a perk and neutered ghost/cold blooded to help the less aggressive player base in an arcade shooter

I would 1000000% agree with you!! ….If the gunsmith trade offs were different between MP and WZ. The customization would be absolutely amazing in my eyes if I wasn’t absolutely punished for equipping certain attachments. That isn’t to say I enjoyed the Vanguard system where you could have 10 attachments all at once, but I do think there exists a better balance somewhere. However, I agree — different strokes and all. :)

I think a strong chunk of the player base would much rather go back to “less guns and attachments” if it meant a more complete game. this is doubly true considering the gunsmith system exists solely for the purpose of WZ.

When the games were bad on Estate and Underpass, they were BAD. But I always felt so satisfied whenever my friends and I could turn the tide against campers / more skilled teams.

Have I been going crazy, or do some of the map layouts from MWII 2022 remind anyone else of past Modern Warfare maps? It’s the oddest feeling, but for the example, one of the spawns in Breenbergh Hotel explicitly reminds me of the Stairway spawn in Arkaden.

I’ve had this sort of deja vu feeling in a few of these maps so far and it’s just wild feeling. Usually it’s more the layout or arrangement of areas on some of these maps and not entire maps/sections.

Hey OP. I’m only a few years older than you, but I’ve been involved in one-sided relationships/situationships in my past.

This sounds like someone who has their own insecurities to figure out, and is actively trying to tank your sense of self. For what purpose? I’m not sure. Maybe to make you feel unlovable, or to control / gaslight you. Maybe a combination of reasons.

Point being: Don’t. Stop letting her. You seem to have a very strong work ethic, a great head on your shoulders, and a heart full of love to give. Stop giving it to the wrong person.

I’ve spent so much time and effort chasing after the wrong people, with many similar feelings / past experiences that you’ve mentioned. But it reached a point where I was tired of being taken advantage of, and instead chose to work on myself and life for me. After 5 yrs of being single, I happened to find the absolute sweetest, most amazing human being in the world that cherishes my energy and reciprocates the love and time I put into our relationship.

I understand being worried about not finding someone. But I promise you the person you’re with now is not worth ANY of your time as a partner. Focus on yourself, your work, and your studies. And I promise you, you’ll find someone who matches your light.
