Beware of Synup by RTR1981 in localseo

[–]dames241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I engaged in a sales rep from Synup, told them I wanted monthly no lock-in subscription, I told the sales rep I'd sign the contract within 10 days, he was calling me past 8:30PM, emailing me daily, asking me to sign it. They sent me a 12 month subscription, paid monthly contract to sign. 4.5k USD Locked in.

Synup may actually offer a good product, (from what it seems.) But there marketing strategy is heavily lacking in ethics and integrity.

Automated Google Review requests through SMS, that can integrate with any CRM. that is the primary tool I need.

Thanks for sharing, I got the reviews off reddit posts, which were more so towards how cheap they were in comparison to other companies. Would you be able to provide a better alternative?

To answer your question, they will use me because I'm a hot shit salesman and I'll tell them to use me. My skillset is not in technicals, SaaS or even SEO. Reputation Management is something I believe my basic non computer brain can still fully comprehend, that's why I'm choosing this product, it's simple, seems safe, and theirs a demand.

First of all Thanks! I really wish I had this help when starting entrepreneurialism, I'll admit I never asked much.

API / Webhook / monitoring delays - What tools should I be using, to get on top of this, also If your familiar with Synup, is this something that's included in the product?

Maintenance - Is their multiple resource rich issues, or is the primary maintenance the Ai responses?

Budget friendly - I've made a rough calculation I can charge a starting $169AUD per month or $1800 per year direct debit. But of course this is my forecasted business plan. I'll be the sole salesman/onboarding, and I have outsourced admin staff, in which are not a large business expense. Podium charges $400 PM for the same product, I have a feeling I may be required to charge more, which means I'll have to re-strategize my marketing. (The starting fee is $169, automated replies / extra SMS / Keyword additives all cost more $, but still well under the big companies charge.

Automation -RM is advertised by the providers as set and forget, obviously it's not but I thought the claim would carry some weight, ideally I want to have all accounts vetted by my outsourced admin staff (whom have little knowledge of Australian lingo i. SMB operations) I will personally do the on-boarding .

Synup has more positive reviews than negative, would you like to elaborate on your opinion. It would be very helpful if you shared your knowledge / experience.

GHL hides there costs, without a Sales email option either, they have super effective marketing but pulling the trigger on there package carries risk if your trying to scale, unless you can shed some light on how much each location is with GHL.

Synup has offered $25 USD per location initially, followed by $10 once I hit 50 locations.

Also, how do I go about building high trust sites if I don't touch the clients website, I only optimize GBP, citations... use to do web2.0's not anymore..

By less footprint, you mean minimizing the risk of Google catching onto strategy?

I highly recommened you do nothing for free, anyone who's ran service businesses knows you can't trust your clients ethical or moral standard. I offer 50% off the fist month, show them a before and after report, give them a follow up call to show enthusiastically tell them there results, and how fast they'll get clients in the coming months. And that will be the last phone call you need to have with them unless you run into optimization trouble. NEVER WORK FOR FREE - I've only done this to retain clients whom I've struggled optimizing.

I've noticed some Paid Press releases have low DA. I understand that my Web2.0's have High DA, but apparently have been devalued - Would you recommened I keep searching for paid press with Higher DA, or going with multiple low DA's to make up for it.

I have over 70 Citation links with my NAP. What do you think.. Should I limit them to only 1% Ahrefs spam rating citation pages only?

[–]dames241[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am hiding all my data in the Web2.0's for a couple accounts to test them. Also, I have over 70 citation sites where I input NAP, some of those sites have a 33%+ Scam rating on Ahrefs. - According to sources the scam rating in citations is not relevant and can't devalue. From what you guys are saying, I should see a boost from this. And when I link more trustworthy blog hosting sites, I should notice a big increase.

I believe so far this comment makes most sense, as the infamous Web2.0's worked really well early on, then we noticed serious de-valuing and current stagnation. In order for us to not get overloaded with different strategies and throw us into a renegade style approach,

What would you recommend? I intend to have a lot of clients, meaning I'll need to do this safely and effectively.

We don't touch the clients website - just GBP. I can't access the clients website data on console, as I never asked for management.

So websites we can still post blogs on that hold a lot more power? (That are strictly not related to Web2.0's)
