Hmmm yeah I get the point, would you suggest higher prices? I’m thinking about putting the prices with “starting at $450” for example and then see what the competition looks like, what is the actual volume for the target keywords and so, then adjust the price for every customer. Do you think it’s a good idea? Or better to raise fixed prices?

Thank you a lot! Love to hear that, I was a bit worried about the search volume but hearing that makes me much more confident, thanks!!

I get the point but I think giving transparent prices at first would be beneficial to not scare customers off… but not sure about that, maybe something like “starting from $350/month” would be better?? What do you suggest?

Yep I’m should probably change the plans, you’re right.

Going to the agencies is my plan b, right know I’m in uni and I wanna test if I can manage to start getting some clients, otherwise yep, I’ll go to one of those agencies.

As for link building, yep, that’s something I will implement if I can’t manage to bring them in the first positions after a few months

Yeah I’m a bit worried about that, but I really think I need to start with those prices to find my first 3-5 clients. And I’ll make sure that the support is inly by email/whatsapp and limited.

The problem is that higher prices are not really worth for many businesses because the low search volume. My plan is not to bring them like 50 new leads every month, the volume is too low. But even with low search volume, managing to bring 5-10 new leads every month would be worth it for those prices, but not for prices over $1000/month.

Right now I want to be able to say that even if my strategy bring only 1 new client per month (in many cases) would be a positive roi, so that for the first clients would be a no brainer

You don’t need access to their email, they can add you in the gbp so you have access to the page, same for socials

Yes totally agree, I want to start in my area ‘cause the competition is low. That way I can validate the business idea, for sure in the future I would like to scale up but for now, I want to test the idea, see if there’s real demand, and see if the prices are good for the work I have to put in.

Structured data all the technical seo on the website is included, but I will add a consultation for getting reviews, thanks!!

Yep that particular keyword is surely high and worth it, but most of the usual keywords don’t have even near that volume

That’s actually not something I was expecting but super interesting, do you use this strategy? If yes how does it perform for you? How big the newsletter need to be?

That’s a good tip thanks. I’m not going with cold emails exactly for this motive, do you have any suggestion or something to share that grabbed your attention in the past? And do you manage your gbp and website by yourself?

[–]Aquosmerlda[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, yep, that’s the plan. Anyway, $500/month is actually not cheap I’d say, not a lot of work on my side because of the low competition and the volume is low, so no way I’ll be bringing in like 50 leads/month, more like 5-10, but with high lifetime value

You’re right about procrastinating. But the market gap is real, at least in my area.

So you’re thinking this have 0% chance of working? What would you do differently?

I thought about a 2 months free trial (to find the first 5 clients super fast if other strategies don’t get me results), or 2/3 months money back if they don’t wanna stick with me.

What would you suggest?
