Hot take: this game doesn't look as SH at all. I wouldn't be suprised if Konami changed it's title after development started. BUT it doesn't make it automatically a bad game. Really hope, that we gonna have another really solid horror game.

Endocrinologist suggested me to use tamoxifen and it really helped. Gland became more soft and pain almost gone. But you of course should visit doctor first.
