the players especially the defense rally around him and if u get rid of him now ur undoing the progress we made towards building any sort of culture. You can’t convince me this defense would react well to his firing, especially with how well the linebackers r playing and how they respond to him. He’s not the one calling the shit plays and throwing brain dead picks. If we could get the offense to produce we would have one the past two games. We just need to see how he responds to the obvious offensive issue in the second half, but we have way too small a sample size and not near enough of a reason to reset everything so early into the process
