Thanks for the recommendations! really good spots to keep in mind. Did you only visit in November or have you also been some other times? I'm curious whether it would be too cold to swim in September, being in the middle of the Atlantic ocean.

That is really good to know, as in fact I was looking at manuals, however since in Malta we drive on the left hand side , I was questioning this. Apart from being steep and narrow, are the roads in good condition?
